While he was working as a art-director in a major advertisement company in Istanbul, he was continuously busy with composing music and in search of opportunuties that will push himself forward into the music scene. He kept searching to find a way in. Winning the top prize in the dance category for his song “Like Tomorrow Will Never Come” at the 2006 Miller Music Factory awards, Beduk found himself in the scene proving that he was in a class above the rest.

Beduk followed this success by putting out his debut album “Even Better” on his own label, Audiology Records. The lead single “My Woman” has received rave reviews from the critics, entered the MTV Turkey Charts staying at no.1 for months, and had stayed on MTV Europe World Chart Express at number three for several weeks. He was on top of the main dance music radio stations’ lists for many weeks as well. After short time, he started to take place in biggest festivals and events, with his unbelievable energy on stage. He mixes his energy with the audiences and creates an outstanding vibe with never seen before stage performance.

In December 2008, his second album “Dance Revolution” shooked the market, and it was a real revolution in his home country. His first video from the album was for the song “Automatik”, and it was a total blast. The concept, style, story and the song itself tripled the number of fans instantly. The video was on the prime time news of the main TV channels, and everybody from 7 to 77 started to sing the song like it’s an anthem.

Since BEDUK does all the lyrics, music, arrangement, recording, mixing, back vocals and plays all the instruments, he is a one of a kind out breaking genius that records all his albums as a “one man show.” But on the stage, he appears with his 5 member band playing completely live, hypnotizing the crowd with his show, which is rarely seen in dance music scene.

“We’re forced to listen to contemporary dance music from the DJ’s nowadays and what I’m doing is to bring back live music to the dance world scene like it was done back in the 70’s Disco” says BEDUK.

BEDUK is simply the hero of the dance music scene of Turkey. He has completely changed the conception of music for many people and vitalized the Turkish electronic dance music scene. Made albums that licensed several tracks for global brands’ commercial ad campaigns such as Algida – Cornetto, Myspace-Turkey, Germany, Spain and europian countries, Fox Life, Binboa Votka. Played live in almost every national festival including Rock’n Coke, Radar Live, Electronica, Phonem and One Love.

Regardless to say that this was just the beginning… He is now getting ready to hypnotize the global dance scene with his tunes and moves…
